These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of dropofthehour.pages.dev and any related pages (collectively, the "Site"), which are operated by Quito Group, Inc., a Florida corporation ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Nature of the Site

8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quito Group, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or any third-party Offer — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In any event, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Site shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quito Group, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of (a) your use of the Site, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your participation in any third-party Offer accessed through the Site.
10. Modifications to the Site and these Terms
We may add, remove, or modify Offers at any time, including by rotating which Offer is featured. We may also update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, U.S.A., without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
